- Payment Terms: Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. If the booking is made more than 30 days in advance, a deposit may be required, and the balance will be due 30 days before the tour. We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by customers will be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of fee will vary depending on the amount of notice given before the tour departure date. If the tour is canceled by the tour operator for any reason, a full refund will be given to the customer.
- Tour Itinerary: While we make every effort to follow the advertised tour itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or traffic conditions. We will provide the customer with as much notice as possible of any changes to the tour itinerary.
- Health and Safety: The customer is responsible for ensuring that they are fit and healthy enough to participate in the tour activities. If the customer has any health concerns or medical conditions, they should inform the tour operator at the time of booking. The tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who they believe is not fit to participate in the tour activities.
- Liability: The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the tour, unless it is directly caused by the negligence of the tour operator or its employees. The customer is responsible for their own personal property and should ensure that it is adequately insured.
- Privacy: The tour operator will collect and store personal information from the customer for the purpose of processing their booking. This information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law.
- Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the tour operator is located. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
